As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting residents or clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your efforts directly enhance quality of life for those you serve.
Our current shifts are 6a-2p, 2p-10p and 10p-6a.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor patient health by observing vital signs and noting any changes in condition
- Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and safety
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards by performing light cleaning duties within care areas
- Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's by implementing specialized memory care techniques
- Use equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident’s <PERSON> to ensure safe transfers and mobility support
- Document patient observations, care activities, and progress clearly and thoroughly in compliance with healthcare protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and follow personalized care plans
- Engage residents in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
