OxygenWell Hyperbaric & Regenerative Medicine is seeking a warm, organized, and personable Patient Care Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our practice.
We are a growing regenerative medicine clinic specializing in hyperbaric oxygen therapy, helping patients heal, recover, and optimize their health. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Schedule
- Wednesday through Sunday: flexible
- Part-time
- Schedule and hours to be discussed during the interview
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule new and existing patients
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations as needed
- Collect payments and assist with memberships and packages
- Coordinate patient communication and appointment reminders
- Support physician referral relationships and follow-up
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with general office operations to ensure a seamless patient experience
Qualifications
- Medical office or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy healthcare environment
- Positive, professional, and compassionate demeanor
- Experience with electronic medical records and insurance verification is a plus
- Sales or patient coordination experience is a plus
Compensation
- $20–25 per hour, depending on experience
