Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented <PERSON> to join our dynamic construction management team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and blueprint reading will be essential to coordinate teams, manage resources, and uphold quality standards. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee daily construction site activities, supervising teams and subcontractors to adhere to safety protocols and project specifications.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to accurately interpret project requirements and communicate expectations clearly.
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates with HeavyBid, and controlling expenditures throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards, OSHA regulations, and client expectations.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and clients to resolve technical issues related to schematics, construction estimating, or pipeline projects.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and ensure all safety procedures are followed diligently on-site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in managing large-scale projects involving pipelines or infrastructure.
- Extensive knowledge of construction site operations, safety standards (OSHA), and construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Management systems.
- Supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating techniques.
- Familiarity with contracts administration, budgeting processes, and project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6.
- Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation or electrical testing (ohmmeters) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
