Position Summary
We are seeking motivated and personable Budtenders to join our team. As a Budtender, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their cannabis journey, ensuring compliance with New York State regulations, and delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Accurately process transactions using POS systems
- Maintain compliance with all New York State Office of Cannabis Management regulations and store policies

Stay up to date on cannabis products, strains, effects, and industry trends

Support inventory processes, including restocking and organization

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
About You

Must be 21 years of age or older

Prior retail or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Passion for cannabis education and customer experience

Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment

Must be able to pass all required background checks per NYS regulations
