Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Cabana Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft refreshing beverages and provide outstanding customer service at our outdoor cabana bar. Your enthusiasm and hospitality will enhance our guests’ experience at our pools while ensuring efficient operations in a lively, upscale setting.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with precision and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Manage POS transactions using Club Essentials
- Restock supplies regularly to ensure the bar is fully equipped during busy hours
- Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak times like weekends or special events
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or bartending, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following food safety regulations and alcohol awareness standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
- Experience with banquet service or catering is a plus but not required
- Must be at least 21 years old with proper food handling certifications
