Landscape Foreman – Heavy Equipment Operator

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead landscape construction crews and operate heavy equipment on residential and commercial projects. If you take pride in quality workmanship, have strong leadership skills, and enjoy working outdoors, we’d like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
· Supervise and lead landscape construction crews.
· Operate heavy equipment including excavators, skid steers, loaders, and other construction machinery.
· Read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
· Coordinate daily job site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
· Install hardscaping, grading, drainage systems, retaining walls, and other landscape features.
· Ensure quality control and maintain a safe work environment.
· Train and mentor crew members.
· Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and suppliers.
Qualifications
· Minimum 3–5 years of landscape construction experience.
· Previous experience as a Foreman or Crew Leader preferred.
· Proficient operating excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment.
· Ability to read landscape plans and elevations.
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
· Valid driver’s license (DZ or AZ license is considered an asset).
· Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
