We are thrilled to be opening the doors to our brand-new orthodontic practice and are now in search of the perfect first team member to help us build something extraordinary from the ground up.
While experience in orthodontics is a bonus, it is not a requirement. What is most important to us is who the candidate is, his/her attitude, energy, and an eagerness to grow. We are looking for someone who is ready to jump in, is able to learn fast, and brings positivity to everything they do. As our very first team member, you'll have the opportunity to grow with the practice and help shape the way our office operates.

What You'll Be Doing:
This is an entry-level, cross-functional role designed to give you exposure to many aspects of an orthodontic practice. As the first face of the practice, you’ll serve as our front-of-house utility player, supporting patient experience, phones, scheduling, basic financial coordination, insurance support, and learning the fundamentals of orthodontics. We provide training for every component, and responsibilities are introduced and scaled in manageable phases.

Job Type: Orthodontic Patient Coordinator – Full-time
Location: Monsey, New York
Pay: Competitive, based on experience
Preferred Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year
- Dental or orthodontic experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
