Department/Specialty: Foundations
Schedule: Full Time | Monday-Friday | 9am-5pm
What You Will Do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Dell Children’s Foundation office team, ensuring smooth daily operations and high-quality service across all internal and external stakeholders.

Support Foundation Board of Trustees activities by coordinating quarterly meetings, including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and meeting execution support.

Manage donor communications including answering phone calls, responding to voicemails and emails, and delivering professional, service-oriented donor support.

Process donor acknowledgements, pledge reminders, and gift entries, ensuring accurate financial records and timely stewardship within Raiser’s Edge.

Coordinate office operations including supply ordering, mail processing, deposits, and general administrative support for a 13-person Foundation team.

Assist with planning and execution of Foundation events and board functions, including vendor coordination, room setup, and on-site logistical support at DCMC.
What You Will Need:
Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences:
- Bachelor's degree required.

Graphic design experience supporting print and digital collateral preferred.
