Job Description
Revival Painting is looking for an experienced residential painter who takes pride in producing high-quality work. We are seeking someone who can work efficiently, maintain clean job sites, and consistently deliver crisp, straight paint lines with minimal supervision.
This position is for a professional painter—not a laborer or someone looking to learn the trade. You should be comfortable working independently and completing projects to a high standard. This is a W-2 employee position, and all wages are reported through payroll. You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Not a cash position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, masking, and priming.
- Paint interior and exterior residential projects.
- Cut in straight, clean lines without relying heavily on tape.
- Brush, roll, and spray finishes with professional results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Follow safety procedures and protect customers' property.
Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of residential painting experience.
- Ability to cut clean, straight lines.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with airless sprayers.
- Knowledge of proper prep techniques and paint products.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders.
Preferred:
- Experience with cabinet refinishing.
- Drywall repair experience.

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
