As we continue expanding into new markets, we are looking for a driven Area Manager to oversee operations, lead teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery across multiple accounts.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee janitorial operations across multiple client sites
- Lead, train, and motivate cleaning teams
- Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met
- Manage budgets, staffing, scheduling, and timecards
- Inspect facilities and address service or performance issues
- Review and approve employee timecards for payroll processing
- Maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies and equipment
- Evaluate employee performance and recommend personnel actions
- Address employee concerns and support resolution of performance issues
- Communicate and enforce company policies across teams
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience managing multiple locations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid Illinois Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Experience in service or operations management (janitorial experience is a plus)

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
