We are actively growing and need to add an Aquatic Biologist at our Truesdale MO Office. Start date: August 24th, 2026
The Position:
-
Primary duty will be the application of EPA registered aquatic herbicides and algaecides
-
Installation and maintenance of aerators, fountains, and compressed air systems
-
Aquatic plant surveys
-
Writing vegetation management plans
-
Performing fish surveys
-
Attend industry related training events and conferences
-
Heavy field work from March through October
-
General maintenance of trucks, boats, equipment, and grounds
-
Speaking at pond clinics, trade shows, and public meetings

Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in fisheries/aquatic science, agriculture, or a natural resources-related field

Insurable Driving Record
-
Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screening & DOT Physical

Comfortable Driving Truck & Boat Trailer Combination
-
Basic mechanical ability (experience in outboard motor operation is a plus)

Ability to work in an outdoor environment (physical labor required)

Ability to work an average of 50-60 hours per week

Ability to lift 50+ lbs
