We are seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Regenerative Sales Representative to introduce regenerative medicine products and programs to established clinics, including med spas, plastic surgery practices, dermatology offices, wellness centers, and other aesthetic or cash-pay medical practices. This role focuses on expanding market presence by building partnerships with existing providers and helping them integrate high-demand regenerative solutions into their practices.
Position Summary
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with experience in medical, aesthetic, or B2B sales who is comfortable prospecting, educating providers, and closing business in a competitive but high-upside environment. This is a 100% commission-based position with ongoing residual income tied to active client accounts and repeat product sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business with med spas, plastic surgery centers, dermatology clinics, wellness practices, and related providers.
- Present and sell regenerative medicine products, treatment programs, and practice-growth solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with physicians, practice owners, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff.
- Educate prospective clients on product benefits, application, and revenue potential.
- Manage a full sales cycle from lead generation through closing and account development.
- Maintain regular follow-up with active accounts to support retention, reorders, and growth.
- Track leads, sales activity, and account status in CRM or other tracking systems.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, med spa, regenerative medicine, or related B2B markets.
- Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable selling into clinical and business decision-maker environments.
- Familiarity with med spa or plastic surgery practice operations is strongly preferred.
- Existing book of business is a plus.
