Responsibilities
- Manage the billing cycles within our Electronic Verification Systems & The Missouri Sandata Aggregator. To ensure all systems are synced correctly
- Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, tax deductions, and compliance with applicable laws...
- Collaborate with our payroll department to maintain accurate records for Taxes, Payroll, and Client documents.
- Perform audits to ensure the agency is in compliance with State & Federal regulations related to specific billing requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally while maintaining positive relationships.
- Support audit preparations by maintaining organized documentation of billing records, payroll data, and internal controls.
Experience
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles with a focus on billing management and payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and billing in the Healthcare Field.
- Experience with multiple systems such as Excel, Word, Micresoft to create and maintain spreadsheets for data .
- Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail in data entry and account reconciliation tasks.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration in a fast-paced setting.
