Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Two's Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote early literacy, math skills, physical development, and social-emotional learning tailored specifically for infants.
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence while ensuring safety at all times.
- Engage with children through play-based activities that support their developmental milestones in areas such as motor skills, language acquisition, and sensory exploration.
- Manage classroom routines including diapering, feeding, nap times, and hygiene to ensure comfort and well-being of each child.
- Maintain detailed records of each child's progress, health information, and daily activities in compliance with licensing standards and best practices.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles with experience working directly with infants in daycare or preschool settings.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and children.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics with effective classroom management strategies tailored for toddlers.
- Experience in special education or working with children requiring additional support is a plus.
