Tin Man Sheet Metal, the leading manufacturer of rectangular, spiral, and long-seam oval HVAC ductwork in the DMV, is hiring Seasonal Production Workers to support our busy season. Available Shift:
- 1st Shift: Starts at 7:00 AM
What You'll Do:
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal components used in HVAC ductwork systems
- Operate machinery and hand tools to produce high-quality products
- Follow safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Second-shift employees may also assist with loading trucks and preparing shipments
No Experience Required
We provide all necessary tools, equipment, and on-the-job training. Previous manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or welding experience is helpful but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Frequent reaching, bending, and use of hand tools
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Welding experience is a plus, but not required
Pay & Incentives:
- Starting at $16.00/hour
- $1.50/hour production bonus
