Blingual (Spanish) Sales Support Agents Wanted (BDC)–Up to $63.5+/yr. - Earning potential includes an hourly base salary of $19/hr. + uncapped performance-based bonuses

Successful automotive group looking for dynamic, energetic, career-oriented Business Development Customer Service Professionals who are masters of influence and love working the telephone. You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming calls/inquiries, following up with customers, and booking appointments. No cold calling!!!
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
- Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ experience handling high-volume inbound/outbound customer service or sales calls.
- Excellent telephone skills are an absolute must for this position.
- The ability to instantly build rapport with clients.
- Superb communications skills, both verbal and written.
- Must be a quick learner and be self-disciplined with a "never say die" attitude.
- A professional demeanor and the ability to face rejection without losing momentum.
- Superb customer service skills with the proven ability to resolve customer service issues.
- The ability to meet or exceed department Key metrics that measure overall performance.
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and efficient typing and writing skills.
- Strong organizational expertise and attention to detail.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including evenings and weekends (40 hours/week).
