Position: Account Manager
Location: Fremont, CA
Responsibilities
- Be proactive and customer-oriented and manage strategic relationships with customers
- This role may also focus on project coordination and prospective account development
- Work closely with our Program Manager (PMs), who will provide support, allowing you to focus on relationship and building success with all stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact
- Build long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver client solutions
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations
- Resolve client issues quickly to maintain satisfaction and trust
- Stay informed on industry trends and Bay Area market dynamics
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in Account Management in the technical space
- 2-3 years of account management, sales, or client success experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred but not required

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
