Overview
Full-time, year-round role supporting landscape construction and maintenance teams. Responsible for deliveries, facility support, and equipment operation.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver plants, hardgoods, and equipment between yards and job sites

Safely operate trucks and trailers, including tight urban/downtown conditions

Load, secure, and unload materials

Complete daily vehicle inspections and basic upkeep

Support facility projects: fencing, drainage, furniture assembly, yard organization, general outdoor work

Operate skid steers and other equipment (training available)

Assist with snow removal in winter
Requirements

Valid driver’s license, clean record

Ability to drive large trucks and trailers safely

Strong safety focus—non-negotiable

Self-starter; works independently

Able to perform physical outdoor work year-round
Preferred:

Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Landscape, construction, or equipment experience
CDL
Required within 6 months (not required at hire).
Company provides financial support for CDL.
