What you’ll do :
- Entering customers into CRM, inputting used car descriptions,
uploading used car pictures, ordering brochures, providing
administrative support to sales.
- Answer incoming phone calls and directs callers to the appropriate
department or individual, or takes a message.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and
efficient manner.
- Obtain basic demographic information about each customer, using an
ups card, a computer system, a log sheet or other method established
by the dealership.
- Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely
manner.
- Assist with clerical duties as requested.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Other tasks may be assigned.
What you’ll need :
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, must also meet qualifications for
a Sales consultant.
- High school diploma.
- Valid Driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong focus on quality, integrity, customer satisfaction and
professionalism.
- Excellent communication and listening skills
