IPPC, Inc is seeking a fulltime Long Term Care Liaison(LPN) for our Long Term Care Pharmacy. The ideal candidates should be results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on quality customer service. Travel will be required within NJ region. Mileage and toll reimbursement.
Responsibilities:
- Calls and sets up visits to current customers to enhance and facilitate positive working relationships between customers and the pharmacy.
- Perform monthly visits as required by regulation in assigned facilities and as determined by the Director of Account Management.
- Act as liaison with pharmacy operations to maintain high level of service level to customers, following all service related issues through to resolution.
- Maintain customer relationships and perform as an advisor in order to facilitate problem-solving with the goal of 100% customer retention.
- Ensure initial servicing of new facilities is smooth and accurate by acting as liaison/quality assurance point person upon start-up of service.
- Responsible for the training of new facility staff during start up.
- Provide consulting services to customers to assist in compliance.
- Provide in-service training to customer staff as needed.
- E-Mar support and customer training as it relates to successful interfacing with Pharmacy.
- Other essential functions and duties may be assigned as needed.
Education:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Preferred
- LPN or Pharmacy Technician
Requirements:
- Excellent computer skills
- Proven experience effectively troubleshooting and solving customer service issues in a positive and pro-active manner, while abiding by the pharmacy scope of practice and capabilities
- Ability to work independently and deliver to deadlines
- Ability to solve problems with minimal direction
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment working on multiple tasks simultaneously, while adhering to strict deadlines
- Quality minded; motivated to seek out errors and inquire when something appears inaccurate
This Is a traveling position and you will be required to service the following areas:
- Monmouth County
- Middlesex County

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
