Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Short-Term Rental Manager to oversee the daily operations of our short-term rental properties. This role is vital in ensuring seamless property management, exceptional guest experiences, and compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, customer service, and administrative functions, with a passion for creating welcoming environments and optimizing rental performance. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate leasing activities, manage maintenance issues, and ensure adherence to fair housing laws and local regulations. Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of short-term rental operations, including booking, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest communication
- Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained, safe, and compliant with legal standards
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, cleaning services, and property upgrades
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing of lease agreements, contracts, and regulatory documentation
- Handle conflict management between guests or tenants while upholding fair housing regulations and legal standards
- Manage customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette and personalized service for owners and guests
- Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue performance, and maintenance activities for internal review
Experience
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles, preferably within short-term or vacation rentals
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and a proactive approach to problem-solving
