TRAC Associates is currently recruiting in the Renton area for Peer Support Specialist trainees to take part in an apprenticeship. This paid apprenticeship offers a comprehensive introduction to clinical practices, including patient assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention, all within a supportive learning environment. Your enthusiasm for helping others combined with your desire to develop specialized skills will make a meaningful difference in the lives of those seeking recovery.
We are looking for trainees in the Renton area. Next cohort starts September 2026!
***Qualified candidates will be matched to employers seeking SUDP apprentices in the Renton area. Ultimately, the employer will decide whether to move forward with a candidate and invite them to interview for the apprenticeship. Submitting your resume does not guarantee you an apprentice position as you must be selected by an employer.***
An apprenticeship offers paid, on-site-training so you can learn and earn a wage at the same time. Training is full-time and is for one year. Our August 2026 apprentice cohort has a few spots available! If interested, send your resume and one of our recruiters will contact you to assist you in finding a clinic site that fits you and provide you with information on how to apply. Please note that we will assist with matching you with an apprentice seeking employer, but all hiring decisions are up to the individual employer.
