ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT

Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Superintendent in Fort Worth, Texas + Must be Willing to Travel.
Electrical Superintendent Compensation & Benefits:
Total compensation for the Electrical Senior Superintendent in Fort Worth, TX is between $100,000 - $160,000 base salary or hourly equivalent, depending on experience, and may be more than this range for candidates with exceptional experience and successful history of performance.

Electrical Superintendent Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary leader of subcontractors and field forces on a job site
- Maintain project safety in accordance with the Company’s Safety Policy
- Oversight of multiple jobs & manpower for each job
- Develop and update the project schedule
- Prepare two-week look ahead schedules
- Update project schedules utilizing computerized scheduling software
- Assist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractors
- Coordinate the work of the subcontractors’ field forces
- Communicate effectively with owners, designers and engineers
- Maintain accurate cost reports
- Adhere to all company policies, standards, and procedures
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Electrical Superintendent Qualifications:
- Strong employment stability
- industry-related college degree is required; an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- At least 8 (eight) years’ of Healthcare/Medical Facilities/Hospital construction experience is required, including project management experience. Candidate should have experience managing others with a proven history of leading, teaching, developing and mentoring successfully. Experience in a fast-paced business environment is helpful.
- Experience managing projects up to $60M.
- Business acumen, judgment, communication, solid leadership, client relations, negotiation, project management, solid construction knowledge, decision-making, conflict resolution, tact, adaptable and analytical abilities are all necessary skills for a Project Manager.
- Experience with Conest and Accubid Software.
- Candidate should have experience with or be able to learn specific project management and scheduling software (ex: JDE, Procore, Bluebeam, Asta). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. Training will be provided on company standards.
