We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects in the Atlanta market. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution from preconstruction through commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The Senior Project Manager will serve as a key leader on site, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing client relationships, overseeing commercial performance, and driving successful project outcomes across large-scale mission-critical developments.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of hyperscale data center construction projects.

Manage project budgets, schedules, procurement activities, and contract administration.

Oversee project teams including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and subcontractors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.

Drive programme performance, risk management, and issue resolution.

Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, and turnover activities.

Monitor project progress, financial performance, and resource allocation.

Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Support preconstruction efforts including planning, estimating, logistics, and constructability reviews.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for project staff.
Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience managing large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.

Proven ability to lead complex projects from inception through completion.

Strong understanding of construction means and methods, project controls, scheduling, and cost management.

Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:

Hyperscale or mission-critical data center experience.

Experience managing MEP-intensive projects.

Knowledge of commissioning and start-up processes.

Proficiency with Procore, Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management platforms.
