We are working with a leading Developer GC, seeking Traveling Superintendents to manage ground‑up, garden‑style multifamily projects throughout the Southeast. This role is ideal for a hands‑on, field‑driven leader who thrives on jobsite execution, team coordination, and delivering projects with excellence.
Your new role

Field Leadership — Oversee all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through turnover.

Schedule Management — Maintain and drive the project schedule, ensuring milestones are met.

Subcontractor Coordination — Direct and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and productivity.

Quality Control — Enforce high standards of workmanship and adherence to plans/specs.

Safety Oversight — Maintain a safe jobsite and ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Problem Solving — Identify issues early and implement effective solutions.

Reporting & Documentation — Complete daily logs, progress photos, and communicate updates to the PM team.

Owner/Inspector Interface — Represent the company professionally during walkthroughs and inspections.
What you'll need to succeed

Multifamily Project Experience — Proven track record completing ground‑up multifamily projects from start to finish ($60M+).

Tenure & Stability — Strong employment history with reputable GCs or developers.

Travel Readiness — Ability to travel full‑time across the Southeast region.

Hands‑On Approach — Must be a boots‑on‑the‑ground superintendent; not an office‑based role.

Technical Knowledge — Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP systems, and site logistics.

Communication Skills — Ability to lead teams and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Software Familiarity — Experience with Procore or similar platforms preferred.
