Field Operations Leader (Outdoor Event Coordinator) – Big Bang Fireworks

Big Bang Fireworks is looking for a dependable, hard-working Field Operations Leader to support setup, operations, and breakdown across multiple seasonal tent locations.
What You’ll Do
- Support and assist Tent Operators across multiple locations
- Help with setup, breakdown, and day-to-day operations
- Make sure tents are safe, organized, and compliant
- Complete site visits and submit reports
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment, lighting, and setup
- Stay in communication with leadership throughout the season
What You Need
- Strong organization and reliability
- Hands-on mindset (tools, setup, problem-solving)
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
- Good communication and leadership by example
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Full availability during the season (Dec–Jan)
Pay
- $18/hour
- Bonus: up to 25% of wages based on performance
- Gas reimbursement
