Park Plaza Liquor & Deli is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our growing culinary team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Park Plaza recipes and standards
- Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station
- Ensure every dish is prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout each shift
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
- Properly store, label, rotate, and handle all food products
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous line cook experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve
