We are expanding our operations in the Greenville metro and have an immediate opening for an experienced janitorial supervisor to help us grow in the market. This position requires a candidate who is self-motivated, resourceful, customer-focused, and with experience in the cleaning world. As Supervisor, you will be working directly with an Operations Manager to help deliver our services and manage our cleaning teams.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise cleaning staff at client sites to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Help manage workforce to ensure continuous delivery of service
- Assist in the hiring and training of cleaning staff
- Provide backup coverage to frontline cleaning staff
- Continuous improvement of cleaning procedures and products
- Respond to any customer inquiries and take action as soon as possible
Applicant Requirements:
- Eligible to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Valid US Drivers License
- Bilingual (Spanish) communication skills
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred
