We are growing fast and looking for dependable, hard-working team members to join our Medina kitchen. This role focuses primarily on food production—dipping, decorating, and preparing our beautiful (and delicious!) gourmet caramel apples. If you enjoy hands-on kitchen work, a creative environment, and being part of a friendly team, this is a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Dip apples, decorate, prepare toppings, and package finished gourmet products.
- Box products for shipments and assist with order preparation.
- Keep product displays organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Perform simple inventory checks to ensure products and supplies remain available.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and food prep area according to food safety standards.
- Support daily production tasks as directed to meet kitchen output goals.
Qualifications
- Previous food production, commercial kitchen, bakery, restaurant, or retail food experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer service–oriented mindset.
- Basic math skills for simple inventory tracking and production counts.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Supervising or shift-lead experience is a plus and may lead to future leadership opportunities.
Physical requirements
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Able to stand, move, and be active for the majority of the shift.
Work Environment
- This is primarily a kitchen and production role, not a retail sales position.

Pay: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour
