Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Hybrid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral health services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. This hybrid position combines in-home and telehealth therapy, offering flexible scheduling to meet the diverse needs of our Learners. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral psychological assessments will be essential in guiding families and multidisciplinary teams toward success. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive client assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations, to identify behavioral challenges and develop tailored intervention strategies.
- Design, implement, and monitor evidence-based ABA treatment plans that align with each child's unique needs and goals.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy sessions in both home and clinical settings, ensuring active engagement and skill acquisition for children with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track progress, inform treatment adjustments, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
- Offer training, supervision, and ongoing support to behavior technicians and caregivers to promote consistency and generalization of skills across environments.
- Facilitate intake processes by conducting client assessments, coordinating with families and multidisciplinary teams to establish treatment goals.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and progress notes in accordance with clinical standards and legal requirements.
Skills
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and families.
- Demonstrated experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessments, and behavioral intervention strategies.
- Proficiency in data collection methods, medical terminology, and documentation within electronic health record systems.
- Experience conducting behavioral psychological assessments such as FBA or diagnostic evaluations.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
- Excellent client communication skills to foster trust, understanding, and collaboration with families, schools, and healthcare providers.
- Ability to work independently while also providing clinical supervision to team members in a hybrid work environment.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
