Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive organizational success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with employment and labor laws, and workforce planning. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational objectives and promote a high-performance culture
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing recruiting processes, and engaging social media platforms for sourcing top talent
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation programs, and ongoing training & development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and ensuring a positive work environment
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, workers' compensation
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law regulations such as OSHA standards, FMLA policies, and affirmative action planning requirements
- Drive performance management processes through regular employee evaluations, goal setting, and succession planning activities
- Lead change management projects to support organizational restructuring or process improvements while maintaining clear communication across teams
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management practices and employment law compliance
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, HR sourcing
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Expertise in HRIS systems including Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro for data collection and workforce management
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels and facilitate training sessions
- Ability to manage employee relations issues with tact and professionalism while fostering a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with benefits administration tools like Paychex for payroll processing and data entry tasks
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards to ensure workplace compliance and safety protocols are maintained
