Boys' Competitive Team Coach
We are seeking an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dependable Boys' Competitive Team Coach to join our coaching staff. This position is ideal for a coach who is passionate about athlete development, enjoys working in a team environment, and is committed to helping athletes achieve their full potential both in practice and at competition.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead engaging, high-quality practices for boys' competitive team athletes.
- Develop athletes' technical skills, strength, confidence, and sportsmanship.
- Prepare athletes for local, regional, and out-of-state competitions.
- Travel with the team to competitions as needed.
- Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging training environment.
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaching staff.
- Support the overall goals and mission of the competitive program.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of competitive coaching experience.
- Strong knowledge of competitive training techniques and athlete development.
- Ability to motivate and inspire athletes of varying skill levels.
- Willingness and availability to travel for competitions.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Current USAG safety certifications (or willingness to obtain them) are preferred.
Compensation:
- Starting pay is $18.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
