Commercial Evening Custodian/Janitor
Requirements of Custodian/Janitor:

No Experience, No Problem!

Effectively communicate with manager and other staff regarding issues and supply needs
-
Attention to detail a must! Customer facing role.

Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods, lots of walking in this role

Ability to bend, stoop, reach and lift up to 25 pounds

Ability to use motorized equipment (vacuum, hand operated floor cleaners)
-
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety related materials
-
Must be able to pass a background check
Role of Custodian/Janitor:
-
Maintaining the cleanliness of a commercial building
-
Cleaning, stocking and sanitizing several restrooms
-
Disposing of trash & recycling which requires lots of bending and stooping
-
Cleaning of stairwells
-
Mopping & sweeping floors
-
Dusting and surface cleaning
-
Windows and glass cleaning
-
Inventory management of supplies
Custodians/Janitors have daily exposure to cleaning solutions.
Shift: 3:30pm to 12:00am (Monday through Friday)
