The Warehouse Worker plays a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient order fulfillment by picking, packing, and processing customer orders according to established standards. This position is responsible for verifying order details, handling inbound materials, operating RF scanning and shipping systems, and maintaining organized inventory to support smooth warehouse operations.
Responsibilities-
Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately in line with company standards and procedures.

Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping information before orders are shipped to ensure accuracy.

Receive inbound materials, inspect them for quality and accuracy, and stock items in the correct inventory locations.

Operate small package shipping systems and RF scanning equipment to track, label, and process shipments.

Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks, hand trucks, or basic powered equipment.

Assist with loading and unloading shipments, ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.

Organize and maintain inventory areas to support efficient picking and packing operations.

Maintain efficient stock placement and replenishment to optimize picking accuracy and workflow.

Use RF scan guns to locate, pick, and record inventory movements within the warehouse.

Follow established warehouse processes, including 5S practices, to keep work areas clean, safe, and well-organized.

Collaborate with team members on the warehouse floor to manage forklift and pallet jack traffic safely.

Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper use of equipment and personal protective footwear.
Essential Skills-
At least 3 months of experience working in a warehouse or material handling role.

Experience using RF scanners or the ability to navigate the web and Microsoft Office on a computer.

Ability to stoop and consistently lift 30–50 pounds throughout the workday.

Comfortable climbing ladders up to 8 feet.

Stand-up forklift experience.

Proficiency in order picking and packing in a warehouse environment.

Experience with inventory handling, including stocking and organizing materials.

Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and basic powered warehouse equipment.

Attention to detail when verifying part numbers, quantities, and shipping information.

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to warehouse processes and standards.
Additional Skills & Qualifications-
Experience with shipment processing and small package shipping systems.

Basic computer literacy for navigating web-based tools and office software.

Work Environment
This role is based in a clean outbound picking warehouse environment with a regular shift schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Overtime may be available before or after the scheduled shift, though it is not guaranteed. The warehouse floor is active, with forklift and pallet jack traffic and many people working in designated areas. The facility follows 5S organizational practices, with clearly marked yellow lines indicating work zones and equipment storage locations to promote safety and efficiency. The dress code requires steel toe boots, and employees may wear one earbud while working.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
