Responsibilities
- Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by the clinical team.
- Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills.
- Collect accurate data during therapy sessions.
- Assist clients in developing independence and reaching meaningful goals.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors, families, and other team members.
- Maintain professionalism, compassion, and a positive attitude during sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No previous ABA experience required; paid training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Ability to complete RBT training and certification requirements (if not already certified).
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Patience, compassion, and a desire to help children succeed.
