We are looking for a Senior Pool Maintenance Technician with a broad, versatile skill set!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide Leadership: Support service technicians and provide training for junior technicians.
- Filter Cleaning: Clean DE and Cartridge filters.
- Salt Cell Cleaning: Perform salt cell cleans proficiently.
- Repair Assists: Ability to perform small plumb repairs. (Electrical training available)
- Top Tier Service: Provide friendly, professional routine pool maintenance that keeps our clients smiling.

Duties
- Pool Maintenance: Conduct regular pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and regular backwashing.
- Water Chemistry: Perform routine and detailed water testing and balancing to maintain excellent water quality.
- Visual Inspection: Complete visual inspections of pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital records in the route system of services performed, detailed photos, and equipment conditions.
- Safety: Follow all safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment during all maintenance activities.
- Filter Maintenance: Perform routine filter cleans as needed.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a senior pool service technician.
- Strong understanding of pool chemistry and water balancing.
- Hands-on experience with pool cleaning techniques and filter maintenance procedures.
- Proficiency in using hand tools safely and effectively.
- Knowledge of pool systems including pumps, filters, chlorinators, and salt systems.
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme hot and cold Texas weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, unassisted and up to 65 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and positive point history (including moving violations and accident history).
- Dependable transportation to and from work.
- Smartphone to run the routing program.
- Positive attitude and team player.
- Safely operate company fleet vehicles.
- Communicate effectively with customers and office staff.
- CPO: CPO Certification preferred
