Job Summary

Duties
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all setup steps are completed accurately
- Review, organize, and process all account paperwork
- Collect, verify, and maintain required licenses for each client account
- Set up and configure client formularies according to program requirements
- Establish DSCSA portal (USMeds) accounts and resolve any related setup issues
- Create and configure dispensing platform (MDScripts) accounts for new clients
- Assign dispensing platform access to authorized staff as indicated in account documentation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dispensing platform portal.
- Provide training to office staff on dispensing platform port when needed
- Coordinate various clients requests and ensure timely communication
- Manage and track items that need to be shipped for various clients
Skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple client onboarding and account setup
- Proven experience in client or account management, preferably within healthcare and or other regulated industries
- Proficient in Windows 365, or similar tools for tracking client information, documentation, and workflow progress
- Excellent communication abilities to clearly explain processes, provide training, and build strong client relationships
- Understanding of customer service and account management best practices to support long‑term client success

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
