Substitute EXPERIENCE for EDUCATION: Additional relevant work experience will substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis .Successful completion of the KCOJ Adult Drug Court program may substitute for the minimum education requirement, provided the individual has remained in good standing for two years following completion of the program.
