Job Title: Delivery Helper
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Helper to join our team. Must have experience in driving a Box Truck. The Delivery Helper will assist in the transportation and delivery of goods to customers. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, have excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with manual labor.
Duties:
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Help the driver navigate routes efficiently
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Perform heavy lifting as needed
- Work collaboratively with the driver to ensure timely deliveries
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- Assist in moving items to and from delivery locations
- Operate forklift equipment when required
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of route driving and map reading
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
