About the Role:
We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and positive individuals to join our coaching team! If you love working with kids, staying active, and want a job that keeps you moving — this is it.
You’ll be teaching recreational gymnastics classes that focus on building confidence, coordination, and strength in young athletes. No experience is required — we provide all paid training, mentorship, and hands-on guidance to help you succeed.
This role is perfect for student athletes and college students who want a fun, active job with lower weekly hours and a set, consistent schedule that fits around classes and sports.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead or assist recreational gymnastics classes for ages 18 months & up
- Create a positive, encouraging, and safe environment for all students
- Learn and follow our proven teaching progressions (we’ll train you!)
- Communicate with parents and teammates in a professional, upbeat way
- Be a role model for young athletes
