Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and storage spaces
- Assist with food preparation tasks as requested
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during busy service hours
- Contribute to overall restaurant cleanliness by participating in cleaning duties beyond dishwashing as required
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
