Jr. Project Manager — RhinoSTAK Pipeline
Full-Time | $50,000–$65,000 DOE | Pleasant Grove, UT | In-Person
RHINO PUMPS — WHERE THE WORK ACTUALLY GETS BUILT
Rhino Pumps is headquartered in Pleasant Grove, Utah and builds custom industrial pump systems for municipal and industrial clients across the Western United States. RhinoSTAK is our engineered skid package line — custom fabricated, coated, wired, and installed by our own team.
We're looking for a Jr. Project Manager to own the execution side of that pipeline.
WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY IS
You're the person who keeps jobs on track from the moment Inside Sales hands them off to the moment they ship. That means documentation, scheduling, coordination between shop and field teams, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You'll work directly under our Sr. PM and learn the product, the process, and the people alongside a team that genuinely cares about doing good work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own day-to-day execution of the RhinoSTAK pipeline from handoff through delivery
- Maintain job folders, records, and documentation across internal systems
- Track milestones and schedules, flagging delays before they become problems
- Coordinate between shop leads, controls, coating, and field crews
- Manage submittals, purchase orders, and job paperwork at each stage
- Review jobs at handoff from Inside Sales and identify anything missing before work starts
- Keep things organized so the Sr. PM can focus where it matters most
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Some project coordination or administrative experience
- Organized: you notice what's missing before anyone has to point it out
- Clear communicator, in writing and in person
- Can manage several active jobs at once without losing the thread
- Picks up new systems quickly
- Takes ownership — you don't wait for someone to tell you something is slipping
We care more about the right person than the right resume. If you're sharp, organized, and want to grow into a full PM role, we want to hear from you.
WHY RHINO PUMPS
- $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience
- Direct mentorship from a Sr. PM who will invest in your development

- A team that works hard and enjoys the process
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Benefits:
- 401(k) matching
- Health savings account
- Paid time off
Work Location: In person
