Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our barn operations team. This role includes general barn maintenance, animal care, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced agricultural environment. All new hires will complete training during daytime hours before being assigned to a permanent shift.

Compensation

Starting pay: $18.50/hour

Job Responsibilities

Daily cleaning and maintenance of barn facilities

Feeding, watering, and general care of cattle

Monitoring barn conditions and reporting issues

Supporting overall barn operations and workflow

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment

Working collaboratively with team members

Handling conflict situations professionally and effectively

Following all safety and operational procedures

Handling cattle safely and responsibly

Loading and unloading cattle
Requirements

Preferred bilingual (English/Spanish)

Strong dependability and punctuality required

Training
