We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Duties
- Lead and manage the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
- Train, mentor, and develop staff members to enhance their skills in retail sales and customer service.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent sales management abilities with a track record of achieving targets.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management within a retail context.
- Familiarity with retail sales techniques and customer service best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
