Position Summary
The bilingual Warehouse Supervisor Assistant supports the Warehouse Supervisor in coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure productivity, accuracy, safety, and timely order fulfillment. This role assists with inventory control, staff oversight, shipping and receiving activities, and maintaining an organized warehouse environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily warehouse operations and workflow management.

Help coordinate and monitor receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping activities.

Support inventory control processes, including cycle counts and inventory accuracy.

Monitor warehouse organization and housekeeping standards.

Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.

Assist with training and onboarding new warehouse team members.

Communicate with Inventory, Purchasing, Production, Sales, and Dispatch departments regarding order status and inventory needs.

Help resolve operational issues and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Maintain accurate warehouse records and documentation.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely, when authorized.

Assist in supervising warehouse staff during the Supervisor's absence.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Bilingual (English & Spanish) required.

Previous leadership, lead, or supervisory experience is a plus.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Forklift certification or the ability to become certified preferred.
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
