We are seeking a Level 2 Behavioral Intervention Specialist to:
- Provide services designed to maximize the intellectual, social, and emotional development and functioning of individuals receiving services under the supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health Services.
- Supervise entry-level Behavioral Intervention Specialists.
- Practice and promote the agency's mission statement in every interaction.
- Provide ongoing support to people in becoming active participants in every aspect of their lives and to ensure that a high quality of life is maintained.

We require:
- A Master’s degree in a clinical or treatment field of Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Social Work, LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- A Clean and Valid NYS Driver's License
- At least one (1) year of experience working directly with people with I/DD, including the development, implementation, and monitoring of behavior support plans and/or providing supervision and training to others in the implementation of behavior support plans
