Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Fine Dining Food Runner/Server/Bartender to join our vibrant team. This multifaceted role offers an exciting opportunity to provide outstanding guest service in a refined environment, supporting the seamless operation of our fine dining restaurant and food truck. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food promptly from the kitchen to member tables, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Serve beverages accurately and efficiently at the bar or tables, maintaining a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with food preparation, food running, and food handling to support kitchen operations.
- Clear and clean tables swiftly, bussing as needed to maintain cleanliness and guest comfort.
- Handle in-person customer service interactions with professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payments. We use Jonas.
- Uphold food safety standards through proper handling, cleaning, and sanitation practices, including heavy lifting and manual handling when necessary.
Experience
- Prior food service experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred.
- Experience with food running, serving, bartending, or hospitality roles is highly valued.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, or Micros POS enhances efficiency. Jonas is a bonus.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, food preparation techniques, and safe lifting practices is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for guest services are key to success in this role.
