LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) for Adults with I/DD Pay & Schedule Availability:
- Full-time 3rd shift (midnights)
- 12.50 hour shifts 6P-6:30A
- $5,000 sign on bonus
- Up to 31.00/hr

LPN for Adults with I/DD Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a clean background check and drug screen
- Must have a valid LPN license for the State of Ohio
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships with residents, family members and staff
LPN for Adults with I/DD Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all nursing care for all residents during shift
- Supervision of the day-to-day nursing activities performed by the direct care staff
- Provide education and guidance to the direct care staff
- Take orders from medical personnel, follow up, and document
- Maintain a professional relationship with the medical professionals of the facility
Pay: Up to $31.00 per hour
