Ashton Commons Senior Living is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Full-Time & Part-Time Servers to join our dining team. In this role, you will play an important part in creating a welcoming dining experience for our residents by providing attentive, respectful, and high-quality service.
As a Server, you will be responsible for taking and delivering meal orders, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for working with seniors.

Greet residents warmly and provide excellent customer service during meal times

Take meal orders accurately and serve food and beverages in a timely manner

Ensure residents’ dietary needs and preferences are followed

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area

Assist with setting up and breaking down dining rooms before and after meals

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members

Promote a positive, respectful, and welcoming dining experience

Previous serving or customer service experience preferred, but not required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Friendly, patient, and service-focused attitude

Ability to work well in a team environment

Must be reliable and punctual

Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods

Full-time and Part-time positions

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
