As Director of Nursing, you will lead all nursing operations and ensure the highest standards of clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and staff development. This role is central to maintaining quality care and a positive resident experience.

Direct and oversee daily operations of the nursing department

Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant clinical care

Lead staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and retention efforts

Mentor, develop, and support nursing staff

Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and providers

Oversee budgeting, supplies, and departmental resources

Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Current Illinois RN license (required)

Prior nursing leadership experience in long-term care or skilled nursing

Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations

Excellent clinical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Proven leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
